WHAT'S UP?
Hi everyone
The days are getting shorter and a little cooler but that is no reason not to come up to the Hilton! We are still providing a warm and friendly atmosphere along with a great menu.
We have the summer menu which is on the website. We pride ourselves in using local produce when available. We use produce from the Blackball Salami shop in most of our dishes. A new Winter menu will be replacing the summer one soon so be sure to come back here soon to check it out.
We have extended our dining room to flow through into the garden. It look fantastic. Come see for yourself.
As of the 12th of April we will have a new manager at the Hilton. Matt Winter is a local that has decided to leave the hussle and bustle of industrial relations and join our team. Matt is a friendly guy and totally capable of continuing the same hopitality that you have enjoyed for the last couple of years at the Hilton. Chris and Viv will still be around occasionally but persuing other ventures for a while so you're bound to bump into them at some stage!
